Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes! Your cleaner/s will bring their own equipment and supplies.
The only time you would need to provide anything is if you want a specific product used on the surfaces or floors of your home.
How far in advance do I need to book my cleaning?
If you need a cleaning performed on a specific day / time we ask that you call at least a week in advance. If you are flexible with your cleaning time frame we will get you booked on our schedule as soon as we are available!
Do you charge a fee for cancellations or rescheduled cleanings?
No, our team understands that life happens and there may be times that you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning. If you do need to move or cancel the job please let us know ASAP so we refill that time slot.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No, you are welcome to leave whenever you want or if you will not be home when the cleaner is set to arrive just let us know entry information (where did you hide a key, the garage or front door code, etc). If you will not be home by the time the cleaning is over, let us know how you would like us to lock up once we are finished.
Do I need to put my pets away before the clean?
No, you do not have to put your pets away if they are comfortable around new people. If you decide to put your pets away throughout the cleaning it may help with the flow and efficiency of the cleaning when it comes to sweeping / mopping floors.
Should I do any "pre-cleaning" for my housekeeper?
Your cleaner is there to help YOU! If you need help with cleaning up cluttered areas as we clean, that's exactly what we will do! If you're looking more towards help with dusting all areas of the home, including places that don't get a lot of attention, we will be able to do a lot more in the time frame you have booked if we are not cleaning clutter along the way. Whatever works for you, works for us!
What do you mean by "Regular Cleaning"?
Regular cleaning is for those that want help with their home on a weekly, bi weekly, or monthly basis. We highly recommend this service to all of our clients because it is what will help keep your home in its best condition without you having to put in much effort, so you have time to focus on the more important parts of life, instead of stressing about cleaning!
What is NOT included in "Regular Cleaning" and "One Time Cleaning"
During this type of cleaning we will NOT do inside refrigerators or freezers, inside ovens, dusting baseboards or ceiling fans, wipe down doors and door frames, or clean windows higher than what can be reached from a standing position.
